…whoooooooosh…
Flying in to say hello, and then goodbye. It’s not that I don’t care, because I do. It’s just that I haven’t had time for us recently. Something has come between us. I’m sorry.
In other words, I’ve kinda not been that bothered about taking photos the past couple of months. Been in a funk, I suppose. No matter. I’m not worried, which is good. If I start worrying about it, then there’s a danger I’ll think taking photos is a chore, or I’ll make myself angry, or something. So I’m not bothered, I’ll take some more photos eventually. I’ve got a fair few that need scanning. I’ll do it. One day.
An old one or two:

Thank you :)
I really love autumn, so yes, I’m hoping I might start wanting to take a few pictures again. Looking back at these, I might dig out my pancam and start carrying it around with me :)

James, you’ll be glad to know I have unearthed my pancam, it has film in it (although I’m at a loss as to what, I have a suspicion it may be something b&w), and I am packing it in my bag to carry with me everywhere.
As to when I get around to developing, scanning and posting – well that’s another matter entirely. I’m just entering an incredibly busy time, but it shall be over by the end of october I hope :)

Yep… it’s totally joyless if its starts to feel like an obligation… Just do the necessary thinking and digestion of ideas and walk the Earth and think some more and on and on and one day you’ll find you create something because you just can’t STOP yourself… I think that’s Jasper Johns’ definition of an artist, or something like that. But whatever comes along when you’re good and ready will be a great gift to us all.
